I don’t think it’s more common than it used to be, it just seems between social media and FB groups more and more people are realising those unexplained behaviours are often signs of dementia. At times, my miniature Dachshund, Reno, tended to lose sight of me and he would act panicked until he found me in the house again. He was my little shadow and followed me everywhere.

You know you can always ask if you have any concerns!
