You know you can always ask if you have any concerns!

Comment on I Don’t Know How to Help My Dog Lose Weight by Hindy Pearson /i-dont-know-how-to-help-my-dog-lose-weight#comment-245 Fri, 05 Apr 2019 18:30:53 +0000 /?p=788#comment-245 You take too good care of Layla for her to ever have a weight problem! If free feeding works, that’s great. I used to free feed when I first had cats, but when I adopted one who was neglected and practically starved she would eat everything in sight. That’s when I had to start feeding set meals, than new cats I adopted had issues so I ended up with 5 food bowls, each with their name on it because everyone had something different!

It has worked for her and easier for me as I work odd hours. As for walking, she goes out at least 3 to 4 times a day depending on the weather.

Comment on How to Choose the Best Pet Stroller for Your Dog by Hindy Pearson /how-to-choose-the-best-pet-stroller-for-your-dog#comment-242 Mon, 01 Apr 2019 11:58:31 +0000 /?p=749#comment-242 I would imagine if a stroller is trying to be all things to all people, there’s a good chance it can fail at being anything to anybody!! A buy and sell FB group in your area or Gumtree may help. You’re lucky if your cats are easy going enough to sit in a stroller, but with the ability to zip the sunshade closed and a tether with a harness it sounds like it would be a great help for you.

One of my group members found a stroller for her 80lb dog I think it was which is great. I’m sure the car rides help with mental stimulation so they don’t get bored!

I know those stories are so sad, and even though accidents can happen even with the best preparation, so many unfortunate incidents could have easily been prevented.

You’re lucky the Huskies love the car, I had a neighbour whose dog was thrown out of a car when she was young, and ever since then she couldn’t get into one. Poor baby!
