University to enterprise development projects:
Merck is willing to invest in talent. One of the ways we fulfill this commitment is through our 'College to Business Development Program', which provides full-time job opportunities for recent college graduates. This project aims to train and recruit emerging professional and technical talents from different disciplines.
The 'College to Enterprise Development Program (CCDP)' includes training courses to help new employees achieve a smooth transition from campus to enterprise. We also provide opportunities to build networks, cultivate leadership and teamwork skills, allowing participants to not only establish valuable business connections but also develop practical skills.
Each graduate will be assigned to a department within Merck that is suitable for their background and meets the needs of the current company. Applicants with internship and other relevant experience will be given priority consideration, but this is not a mandatory requirement.
